💡 Would Rather (Preference)
Use “would rather” to express preference:
- I would rather do snowboarding. (= I prefer snowboarding)
- She ‘d rather try rafting than bungee jumping.
- Would you rather ski or snowboard?
Structure: Subject + would rather + verb (base form)
📚 Present Perfect: Have You Ever…?
Use “Have you ever…?” to ask about life experiences:
- A: Have you ever tried extreme sports?
- B: Yes, I have. / No, I haven’t. / No, never.
- A: Have you ever been to Paris?
- B: Yes, I have. I went there last year.
⚠️ Expressing Interest
Positive:
