💪 Yetenek (Ability)
- can / can’t: Şimdiki yetenek. She can play the violin.
- could / couldn’t: Geçmiş yetenek. I couldn’t swim when I was five.
- be able to: “can”in gelecek/perfect karşılığı. I won’t be able to come.
❤️ Tercih (Preference)
- prefer + V-ing / noun + to: I prefer tea to coffee.
- would rather + V1 + than: I’d rather stay home than go out.
- would prefer + to V1: I’d prefer to walk.
used to + V1: Geçmişte yapılan ama artık yapılmayan alışkanlıklar için. We used to play outside all day.
⚠️ İpucu: like, enjoy, love, prefer, be fond/keen of/on kelimelerinden sonra fiil -ing alır: enjoy building, keen on photography.
