Günlük rutinleri anlatırken Simple Present Tense (Geniş Zaman) kullanırız.

Simple Present Tense — Yapı

Yapı Kural Example
Olumlu (I/you/we/they) Özne + fiil (yalın hâl) I wake up at 7 o’clock.
Olumlu (he/she/it) Özne + fiil-s/-es She gets up early.
Olumsuz Özne + don’t/doesn’t + fiil He doesn’t eat breakfast.

3. tekil şahıs kuralları (he/she/it):

  • Çoğu fiil: -s eklenir → plays, eats, reads
  • -s, -sh, -ch, -x, -o ile bitenler: -es eklenir → watches, goes, washes
  • Sessiz harf + y ile bitenler: y → i + -es → studies, carries

Önemli kurallar:

  • “can” bütün öznelerle aynı kalır (I can, he can, they can — cans ❌).
  • “can”den sonra fiil yalın hâlde gelir (can swim, can swims ❌).
  • “can’t” = cannot (yazılı dilde “cannot” da kullanılır).

Abilities Vocabulary:

  • swim (yüzmek), ride a bike (bisiklet sürmek), climb (tırmanmak)
  • cook (yemek yapmak), draw (çizmek), sing (şarkı söylemek)

Sıklık zarfının cümledeki yeri:

  • Yardımcı fiilden sonra: She is always happy. / I can never wake up early.

  • “sometimes” cümle başına da gelebilir: Sometimes I go fishing with my dad.

Sıklık Soruları

  • How often do you…? — Ne sıklıkla …yaparsın?
  • How often does she…? — O ne sıklıkla …yapar?

Örnekler:

  • How often do you exercise? — I exercise three times a week.
  • How often does he go camping? — He goes camping once a month.
  • How often do they visit their grandparents? — They usually visit them on Sundays.

Sıklık ifadeleri:

  • once a day/week/month/year — günde/haftada/ayda/yılda bir kez

3. tekil şahıs ekini (-s/-es) doğru telaffuz etmek önemlidir. Üç farklı ses çıkar:

2. Writing About Love for Nature

“I love spending time in nature. I often go for walks in the forest near my house. I can hear the birds singing and see beautiful flowers. Nature makes me feel peaceful and happy.
